- "Batman... You used to run around Gotham by yourself. Now you have all these, children, that you groom to break laws."
- ―Talon[src]
The Batman vigilante family, colloquially known as the Bat Family, was a team of vigilantes based in Gotham City consisting of Batman, his children, and their associates.
Batman began his crime-fighting career on his own, only with Alfred Pennyworth as a partner, but as the years go by he began adopting orphaned children and trained them in martial arts and various degree of investigation as to accompany him in the quest for justice in Gotham.
They also share members with the Birds of Prey and the Titans.
