Leonard Snart, also known as Captain Cold, was the archenemy of the Flash and the leader of the supervillain group the Rogues based in Central City. He utilizes ice-based weapons, mainly the Cold Gun that fires a ray that slows things down on a molecular level, leading to intensive blasts of ice and cold that can stop anyone in their tracks.
With the Rogues, he committed a series of consecutive crimes, managing to successfully evade forces of the Central City Police Department. It was until the Flash came along that he and his companions were successfully captured.
