The Joker is an infamously extreme and formidable psychopathic crime lord of Gotham City and the ultimate archenemy of Batman, being at the very top of the city's criminal underworld, greatly feared by all other crime bosses and criminals, he was such a master at his craft that a crime lord in the likes of Black Mask needed him to defeat the Red Hood, a fatal mistake that lead the former's death.
Joker was responsible for the death of the second Robin, an event that changed the life of Batman and the underworld of Gotham in the long run, as Robin was unknowingly resurrected by Ra's al-Ghul and was set loose on the criminal underworld of Gotham as he came of age, with Joker being his main target. His life and criminal escapades was ultimately ended by the Red Hood.

- Peak human condition: The Joker, as a highly skilled and experienced villain, is in top physical condition even at his old age.
- Pain Resistance: Joker was able to withstand numerous physical blows from the Red Hood.
- Genius-level intellect:
- Master manipulator: Joker managed to manipulate Black Mask in order to commit his own agenda and face the Red Hood himself. He also manipulated the beautiful Dr. Harleen Quinzel into becoming his pawn, against her will as she fell in love with him.
- Tactical analysis: Black Mask made the grave mistake of allying with the Joker knowing he would betray him in which he did, possibly even crafting his plan the moment Sionis opened his highly secured prison door.

- Pathological indomitable will: Joker possesses an obliviousness to the danger that makes him invulnerable to fear and intimidation, which is usually Batman's greatest weapons in combat. Hence, Joker does not fear the death and the certain fate of him going to hell.
