- "He's the reason you're here, Kal. A plague who takes over worlds and leaves everyone on it to cry over their missing family. When he tried to invade my new home was the last straw, I tried to kill him but I wasn't good enough."
- ―Kara Zor-El to Kal-El[src]
Kara Zor-El is the cousin of Kal-El and a survivor of Krypton. She and her family emigrated to another planet, Graxos V, shortly after the Fall of Kandor, near a yellow star where she eventually developed her superpowers. Few years later her new home planet was invaded by none other than Brainiac again. Furious, she attacked Brainiac personally and ended up being imprisoned in his ship.
Many years later she breaks out of imprisonment and headed to Earth where she meets her cousin once again, unknown to her she is on another Earth[1], as Brainiac once traveled to another reality.
Together with the heroes of Earth she once again fights Brainiac in a final battle for the ages.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Kara was born to Zor-El and Alura In-Ze of House of El, her parents are renowned scientists and did questionable experiments, which led to her uncle Jor-El to distance himself from her father. She had a pet, Beppo, who was one of her father's experiments.
Fall of Kandor[]
During the Fall of Kandor, she was safely escorted out of the city by General Zod, after she was safe, she witnessed the birthplace get shrunk into Brainiac's skull ship.
Emigrating[]
Shortly after the event, Kara and her family relocated to Graxos V, a planet near a yellow sun. She would eventually develop her powers and uses them to help the people of Graxos V.
Reuniting with Brainiac[]
Two years after relocating to Graxos V, Brainiac returns and shrunk a nearby city. Brainiac probes were deployed and they managed to kill her parents. Enraged, Kara flies to fight Brainiac herself, but was unfortunately defeated and kept as a captive in Brainiac's ship, where she would fall in hibernation.
Reawakening[]
In 2026, Kara is reawakened by Brainiac, he informed her that a Kryptonian who shares familial bond with her is alive on a planet called Earth.

Powers[]
Kryptonian physiology: Under a red son on Krypton, Kara is an average kryptonian, however, after moving to Graxos V, which was under a yellow sun, she and her family had their superpower genes activated and were gifted with an array of supernatural abilities.
- Solar energy absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Kara's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. Her biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown.
- Superhuman strength: Kara's strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of her musculature. Her strength is more an act of conscious will on energy fields than actual physical strength.
- Flight: Kara is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction.
- Nigh-invulnerability: Due to the interaction of her dense molecular structure and supercharged bio-electric aura, Kara is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, her extends this protection against toxins and diseases.
- Accelerated healing:
- Superhuman speed: Kara is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to her perceptions and allows for feats such as catching falling debris in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time.
- Superhuman reflexes: Kara reflexes are enhanced to superhuman capacities as she was able to dodge Brainiac's tentacle attacks.
- Superhuman stamina: : Kara is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on her body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep.
- Enhanced vision: Kara's vision processes the entire electromagnetic spectrum as well as allowing vast control over selective perception and focus.
- Heat vision: Kara fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. She can vary the heat and area affected.
- X-ray vision: Kara has the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. She can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there.
- Telescopic vision: This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera.
- Superhuman hearing: Kara's hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, she can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency.
- Superhuman smell:
Abilities[]
- Master combatant: After witnessing Kandor's downfall, she started training in the event of something in that capacity happening again, which did.
- Indomitable will: Kara is fearless as she was willing to fight Brainiac by herself on Graxos V.
Weaknesses[]
- Kryptonite: Like all kryptonians, Kara is vulnerable to kryptonite.

Trivia[]
- Her origin is considerably different from the comics. In the comics, she, like her cousin, was sent in a rocket just before the Destruction of Krypton. In the DCEU, she relocated to another planet before its destruction.
