Victor "Vic" Sage was a vigilante and detective operating under the moniker Question. He donned a special mask that made it appear that he had no face. Sage investigated corruption in the face of all danger, leaving a blank "calling card," which, when touched, emitted a smoky question mark.
He was the one who thwarted Lex Luthor's presidency campaign (which turned out to be farce) and his alleged alliance with the Justice League's supervillains.
He became an ally of the Justice League and fought Parademons during Darkseid's Second Invasion of Earth.
