The Rock of Eternity is a realm created by the Council of Eternity to be used as their base of operations. It is said to be the source of all magic in existence and were created using two rocks from Heaven and Hell.
It is also where Teth-Adam and Billy Batson received their powers, and where the statues imprisoning the Seven Deadly Enemies of Man, the Eye of Sin, and the terrarium that held Mister Mind were kept.
